Ella Lautner is a luxury hairstylist with over a decade of experience, known for her refined eye, elevated technique, and modern approach to hair. Her journey into hair began organically and long before formal education, rooted in a lifelong love of fashion, beauty, and creative expression. Even while pursuing business-focused ventures early on, Ella was consistently drawn back to hair, working on friends and family purely out of passion. In 2016, she completed her formal education at Paul Mitchell School in Fort Myers, Florida, where she discovered that hair was not simply an interest, but her true craft. Following graduation, Ella intentionally chose to continue her career in Sarasota at a salon that emphasized advanced education and artistry, allowing her to refine her skills at the highest level. Over the past decade, Ella has traveled extensively throughout the country to elevate her technical expertise. Her education includes advanced training in major cities such as New York City, Chicago and Miami at renowned academies such as Oribe, Bumble and bumble, and Goldwell, as well as years of immersive in-house education featuring global artists brought in for hands-on instruction. These experiences deeply shaped her eye for detail, balance, and elevated beauty. Ella’s work has also extended into the editorial and fashion space. She has worked backstage at fashion events, including multiple seasons of Miami Fashion Week, and has participated in dozens of editorial photoshoots. Her work has been featured on the cover of Elegant Magazine, further solidifying her reputation for polished, high-fashion hair. Her background in editorial work naturally extends into bridal, where she creates modern, timeless looks that photograph beautifully and feel effortless from ceremony to last dance. Today, Ella is especially known for her expertise in blondes and luxury color. Her approach centers on creating dimensional, lived-in, healthy results that feel effortless yet intentional. With a deep understanding of tone, placement, and hair integrity, she specializes in transformations that enhance natural beauty while maintaining long-term hair health. This focus has made her a trusted expert for clients seeking modern, luxury work that looks expensive, natural, and timeless. Ella also specializes in extensions and is certified in multiple extension methods, and is an Oribe Signature Stylist as well as a Goldwell Master Colorist. She also holds advanced certifications in various precision haircutting and styling techniques, allowing her to approach every client with a fully customized vision. At the heart of Ella’s work is transformation, helping clients walk into the salon one way and leave feeling elevated, confident, and completely aligned with their personal style.
